Your questions, our answers

For a multi-day festival of > 2,000 people, the optimal lead time is 4 to 6 months. For a mid-size festival (500-1500 people), 2 to 3 months is enough. At short notice, we handle enquiries at 6 weeks or even less, but that limits your room for budget negotiation and the optimisation of the setup. Ideally, contact us as soon as the site is confirmed and the capacity estimated, even if the line-up is not finalised.

Our safety team takes charge of the entire structures component of your ERP / GA file: signed stability certificates, M2 certificates, scale layout plan, capacity and emergency-exit calculations, anchoring calculation, electrical file. We attend the safety committee meetings with your team, and remain the direct point of contact for the town hall or the prefecture until the committee inspection is approved. This service is included in our quote, at no extra cost.

We provide the structures (stage marquee with 6-8m clear height, reinforced rigging grid, blackout-curtain walls, modular stage flooring). For sound, lighting and video services, we work with approved audiovisual partners that we coordinate as managed subcontracting, or that we leave in direct contact with your production manager depending on your preference. Everything is integrated into a single schedule to avoid setup-calendar conflicts.

A complete power assessment by area: stage (50-200 kW), bars (10-30 kW), reception (3-5 kW), catering (20-50 kW), toilet units (5-10 kW). Depending on the total power and grid availability, we propose: a temporary Enedis connection (to be anticipated at least 2 months ahead), or calibrated soundproofed generators. Our cabinets comply with NF C 15-100 and come with a certificate from a qualified electrician. For festivals of > 3000 people, we systematically provide redundancy (a backup generator).

We activate a weather protocol from D-5: consulting Météo France pro 4 times/day, monitoring orange and red weather warnings. If a storm is forecast during operation, our site manager coordinates with your production manager: preventive reinforcement of anchoring, temporary closure of certain areas, preventive evacuation if conditions are critical. Our structures withstand 110 km/h in operation, but public safety always takes precedence over the continuity of the festival. The decision-making protocol is defined in advance and recorded in your PCS.

Under the regulations, you must provide 1 WC cubicle per 100 women and 1 per 200 men, plus 1 PMR cubicle per 200 people. For 3,000 festival-goers/day, allow around 30 WC cubicles including 4 PMR, plus 10 men's urinals and 8 washbasins. We offer premium toilet-unit modules (hot water, ventilation, lighting, mirrors) that go well beyond the comfort of standard chemical cubicles. Cleaning is provided every 2 hours during operation, with waste emptying organised just in time.

PMR accessibility is mandatory at all festivals open to the public. We install: access ramps to the marquees (max 5% gradient), levelled tent thresholds, signposted PMR toilet units, raised viewing areas for wheelchairs, braille signage at reception. We also work with your accessibility coordinator to map the flows and identify critical areas. All our layout plans comply with the order of 8 December 2014 on accessibility.

Our team is on site from D+1 at first light. Takedown in phases to free up the site progressively: first the public structures (reception, bars, catering), then the stages, and finally the backstage. For a 3-day / 3000-person festival, the full takedown takes 3 to 4 days. The site is left clean, but public cleaning (waste, marks) remains the responsibility of your cleaning provider. We provide a signed inventory of condition and a before/after aerial photo if needed.

Yes, that is precisely the role of our stage marquee: reinforced framework, integrated lifting grid, permissible loads of 200-400 kg per fixing point, 6 to 8m clear height under the rigging. Our technical study calculates the permissible loads according to your sound/lighting kit. For heavy configurations (national festivals, large productions), we deploy higher-performance aluminium structures (large-span structures >30m). Integration with your sound/lighting manager is done ahead of setup.

Yes. For festivals beyond 5,000 simultaneous people (GA classification = large gathering), our offer extends: multi-marquees, modular large-span structure up to 30x80m, several stages, a large-scale toilet setup, multi-entrance reception, reinforced coordination with the prefecture and emergency services. We have mobilised up to 12 structures simultaneously on a single site. The quote and the production schedule are then adapted (D-9 to D+5 for an XXL setup).
