How to choose the right structure for your event

Four criteria guide the choice of a structure:

  • The format of the event: seated reception, standing cocktail, conference, exhibition — each format calls for a different floor area per person and a different layout.
  • The number of guests: from 20 to 1,000+ people, the capacity determines the type of structure and the modular options.
  • The site and its access: ground, surface, available height, neighbour constraints and access for setup.
  • The aesthetic ambition: understated, prestige, natural or contemporary — the visual style points to a particular family of structures.

We assess these four dimensions with you to propose a structure that fits your project, your budget and your timeline. Delivery, setup and takedown are included in every quote; we are not present on site during the event.
