Yet these moments are too often held in generic hotels, impersonal seminar rooms or restaurants that are too small, which make the experience ordinary and dilute the message. With a marquee, you take back control of everything: the venue (your site, an estate, a public park, the roof of your building), the capacity (50 to 800 people depending on configuration), the scenography (brand guidelines 100% respected), the atmosphere (winter heating, summer cooling, wood or LED flooring, stretched fabric ceiling, architectural lighting). The marquee becomes a temporary extension of your brand, rather than a venue hired by the night.

Our seminar and corporate party marquees are calibrated for these specific formats: a 1- or 2-day seminar requires workspaces, break areas, a comfortable plenary, a coffee bar and sometimes a team dinner. A corporate party, by contrast, calls for a festive setup: central bar, dance floor, food corners, poseur tables, lounge areas and sometimes a photobooth or entertainment. Yes. The marquee adapts to all 4 seasons thanks to additional equipment: indirect heating (100 to 300 kW heat exchanger maintaining 20°C even at -5°C outside), insulating roof lining to limit heat loss, insulated wood flooring on cold ground, centralised air conditioning in summer (100 W/m²). For winter seminars, we systematically recommend a site with easy access (PMR parking, heavy-goods delivery) and heating with an entrance lobby to avoid draughts. In summer, the orientation and shading of the marquee are the main levers of comfort.

Three major differences. Branding: with a marquee, you dress the structure to your brand guidelines (100% customisation possible), whereas a seminar room imposes its own décor. Capacity: a marquee adapts exactly to your capacity (no room that is “too big” or “too small”), a room imposes its dimensions. The site: with a marquee, you choose the venue (your site, an estate, a park, a roof), with a room you are tied to the provider's location. For an equivalent budget, the marquee generally offers more usable area and more customisation, but requires more organisation upfront.

Yes, it is in fact common. A marquee can be installed on a tarmac car park (concrete ballasting), an inner courtyard (depending on dimensions), an esplanade, or even a roof terrace (with a load study). The main constraints: heavy-goods access (19-tonne rigid lorry minimum), a flat, obstacle-free surface, no buried networks in the anchoring zone. Our free survey from 200 guests confirms feasibility in 1 hour on site. It is an excellent option for an on-site corporate party, which avoids your team having to travel and reinforces the sense of belonging.

Several levers. Partitioned spaces: we install fabric or rigid partitions to separate the confidential plenary, themed workshops and break areas. Audio filtering: with directional sound, the audio stays contained inside. Controlled access: an entrance lobby with badge control prevents intrusions. No-photo zone: a visual setup and an instruction briefed on arrival make it possible to block photo-taking during sensitive announcements. And of course, the marquee itself is opaque, so there is no view from outside.

For a 200-person corporate party in the Paris region, allow 12 000 to 22 000 € excl. VAT all services included: structure (300 m²), flooring, winter heating or summer air conditioning, furniture (reception + lounge), stage lighting, premium toilet units, safety file. On top of this come the caterer, DJ and entertainment: allow overall 80 to 150 € excl. VAT per guest for a quality corporate party. The marquee generally accounts for 30 to 40% of the total budget. It is more economical than a premium reception venue in Île-de-France at an equivalent capacity.

Yes, it is our job. We coordinate upstream with your caterer (kitchen layout plan, power supply, water point, waste removal), your DJ (32A power supply, control area, stage), your photographer (timing, lighting, no-photo zone), your team-building provider (activity space, safety). We provide a setup schedule from D-1 to D that synchronises everyone involved. You remain the decision-maker on the choice of providers: we charge no hidden commission and impose no partner.

Above 50 people, the marquee is classified as CTS (Marquees, Tents and Structures) and subject to administrative authorisation. If the event takes place on a private company site, you remain the project owner and the procedure is simplified (declaration to the town hall). If the event is on public land or a site open to the public, the ERP safety committee must approve the file 30 days beforehand. We provide all the necessary technical documentation (stability certificate, M2, layout plan, anchoring calculation) and remain the direct point of contact for the authorities if they have any questions.

For 200 m² (200 guests), allow 1 day for setup and 0.5 day for takedown. For 400 m² (400 guests), 1.5 to 2 days for setup. Our standard schedule: setup on D-1, finishing setup and technical installations on the morning of D, welcome ready in the early afternoon, takedown the day after the event. For constrained sites or city-centre events, we adapt the schedule to the authorised windows (night setup possible). Takedown is generally 30 to 40% faster than setup.

Yes, it is even very cost-effective. For a 1- or 2-day seminar followed by a corporate party, we keep the structure erected and reconfigure the furniture in between: switching from the plenary configuration (theatre chairs) to the finger-buffet reception configuration (central bar, poseur tables) takes 2 to 3 hours with our team. This formula is widely used for multi-format conventions and makes it possible to share the structure costs across several highlights.

Winter = heating + insulation + entrance lobby. Our standard winter setup includes: 200 kW indirect heating for 300 m² (gas or oil consumption of 80-150 €/day), insulating roof lining, double-thickness opaque walls, insulated wood flooring, heated entrance lobby to avoid draughts. Indoor comfort is fully controlled: a constant 20-22°C even at -5°C outside. In terms of atmosphere, it is even an advantage: a heated winter marquee creates a cosy experience that standard rooms do not offer. We recommend this formula for end-of-year parties with a strong brand impact.
