€€€€Organising an outdoor event calls for a reliable, flexible and attractive solution. Hiring a tent, a marquee or a temporary structure stands out as a practical and elegant alternative to a traditional venue, for any kind of project — wedding, corporate event, festival, trade show, gala, private reception or sporting event.
Our catalogue covers the whole event structure market, organised into seven families to help you quickly identify the solution suited to your capacity, your budget and your style: marquees & glazed tents, silhouette & bamboo, nomadic stretch tents, prestige, modular reception, signature structures, and storage / large-span structures.
Choosing to hire an event structure offers many advantages over hiring a traditional venue. Tents and marquees make it possible to host a large number of guests in ideal conditions, whatever the chosen location. Their modularity ensures a perfect fit with the size of your event and the layout of your site.
Event structures offer effective protection against the weather — rain, wind, heat or cold — while letting you create a fully bespoke setting. They suit a country wedding just as well as an upmarket corporate reception.
Our tents and marquees for hire meet every kind of project:
Thanks to their modularity, our structures adapt to every configuration, from a small gathering to an event bringing together several hundred guests.
The backbone of event structure hire: versatile, modular volumes available at every capacity (from 40 to 1,500 guests).
Contemporary lines and natural materials, for upmarket weddings and brand events seeking a strong visual signature.
The stretch tent — also known as the nomadic tent or Berber tent — appeals through its organic, contemporary shape, inherited from traditional Berber tents and their fabric stretched over angled poles. Light and modular, it fits any terrain (even slopes of up to 15%) and blends harmoniously into any setting — garden, terrace, Provençal farmhouse, vineyard. Ideal for a bohemian wedding, a premium cocktail event or a creative event for 30 to 200 people.
The absolute top of the range for your exceptional events: architecture, transparency and a spectacular signature.
Agile, economical and quick-to-deploy solutions for operational needs and support functions.
Structures for specific uses — an urban roof, natural terrain, an extension of a space or a festival atmosphere.
B2B solutions and large spans for industrial, logistics and large-scale event needs.
Our catalogue covers every budget level so that every project finds its structure:

Six classic trade-offs that come up almost systematically when an organiser compares two seemingly similar structures. Condensed answers drawn from field feedback.
The marquee wins on versatility: a predictable rectangular volume, easy flooring, up to 500 guests, suited to a seated meal on a classic table plan, modular into several rooms. The stretch tent wins on image: a highly photogenic organic silhouette, ideal in an estate garden or a meadow, but it requires more open ground and limits capacity to around 200 people. Quick decision: if the priority is volume and the table plan, choose the marquee; if the priority is aesthetics and a visual signature, choose the stretch tent.
Both are positioned in the prestige range, but with a different intent. The orangery evokes the classic: height beneath the ridge, vertical transparency, perfect for a corporate gala or an estate wedding with a “grand siècle” atmosphere. The crystal tent evokes the contemporary: full transparency, a 360° panoramic view, ideal for a product launch, a seaside client evening or an opening where the outdoor setting is part of the staging. The budget is comparable; the choice comes down to the tone you are after.
Both share the same DNA — an architectural black frame, glass walls from floor to ridge, a prestige greenhouse spirit — but at two different scales. The classic glasshouse tent has a ridge 4-5 m high, perfect for 60 to 370 guests under an elegant volume that extends a château or a formal French garden. The cathedral glasshouse tent pushes the ridge to 6-8 m with cathedral gables at both ends: it lets you incorporate crystal chandeliers, floral installations and vertical staging that create a monumental wow effect, up to 650 guests. Choose the classic glasshouse tent for prestige restraint; the cathedral glasshouse tent for a spectacular signature.
Both work very well and their budget is comparable. The orangery has a more classic silhouette with a crystal PVC roof and a reading close to a 19th-century architectural greenhouse: it is the “grand siècle” choice that fits naturally into a château or a heritage wine estate. The glasshouse tent has a more contemporary reading with its fine black frame and full glass walls: it suits estates with a modern aesthetic or landscaped gardens that must remain fully visible from inside. If the look you are after is “heritage”, go for the orangery; if the look you are after is “contemporary prestige architecture”, go for the glasshouse tent.
The multi-pole tipi creates a clear signature, strongly identified with country weddings, with striking photographic perspectives and a cosy atmosphere. The bamboo marquee is more understated but plays on “eco-luxe”: a refined structure, a crafted exposed ceiling, perfect for a wedding that wants to avoid an over-pronounced “tipi” look while staying in the natural vein. For 60 to 120 guests, both work. Beyond that, the bamboo marquee scales up better in capacity.
The pop-up gazebo is unbeatable on three criteria: price (3 to 5 times cheaper per m² than a marquee), setup speed (1 to 3 hours versus 6 to 12 for a marquee) and technical accessibility (perfect for a stand, reception, cocktail overflow, bar area). It is not, however, suited to a long seated dinner or to a reception that wants to project a polished image — its visual finish remains very utilitarian. Rule: pop-up gazebo for technical functions, marquee for reception functions.
The large-span structure (15 to 40 m wide, up to 80 m long) imposes fewer internal poles, which makes it easier to lay out stands and circulation. It is also quicker to set up than an equivalent combination of several marquees. On the other hand, it is more expensive to transport and requires flat, stable ground. A combination of marquees remains relevant for trade shows that want distinct zones (exhibitor hall + reception + catering + VIP), with more complex logistics but finer modularity.
In winter, two constraints dominate: thermal control (radiant or forced-air heating, side insulation) and resistance to wind and snow. The structures that best accept these conditions are the heavy marquee (reinforced fabric, deep anchoring), the orangery (rigid frame, possible double walls) and the large-span structure with winter cladding. The stretch tent and the crystal tent are not recommended in the depths of winter except for very brief installations (a 2-3 hour opening). Allow a heating budget representing 10 to 25% of the cost of the structure depending on the surface area.
