An event structure is never neutral. The choice between a classic marquee, a stretch tent, a transparent orangery or a modular large-span structure determines how your event is perceived, the comfort of your guests, the production timing and the overall budget. The marquee remains the safe bet: high modularity, large capacity, visual neutrality. Ideal for conventions, plenary sessions and trade shows. The stretch tent has a more contemporary expression (organic stretched canvas, modern feel) and works very well for receptions or image-led parties. The orangery has a transparent crystal-PVC roof that brings a natural conservatory effect: it is the premium format for prestige seated dinners and product launches. Our project manager guides you in 30 minutes based on your format, your capacity, your season and your budget.

A classic tent (festive, private wedding) is generally lighter, set up in a few hours by a small team, with a simplified technical file. A B2B event structure is a genuine temporary building: aluminium or steel framework, high permissible loads, high-density canvas (700+ g/m²), calculated anchoring, complete safety file, ERP / CTS compliance, advanced technical options (heating, air conditioning, rigid flooring, stage, premium toilet units). The difference is visible to the naked eye and is measured in certifications.

Yes, and it is in fact common. For a convention, we typically install a main marquee for the plenary, an orangery or a stretch tent for the reception, pagoda tents for the reception and press areas, and a premium toilet-unit module. These structures are linked by stretched fabric corridors to provide smooth, sheltered circulation. The layout plan is designed to respect guest flows, emergency exits and the overall aesthetic.

Yes. We offer long-term hire for space extensions, building sites, pop-up stores, the Christmas period or seasonal markets. Pricing decreases on a tapering basis by tier (from 2 weeks, then from 1 month). For hires of more than 3 months, we often offer a combined formula of hire + quarterly maintenance. Our record operating period is 18 months on an industrial site (temporary storage extension).

Ideally, we work on schedules of 8 to 12 weeks for capacities above 200. But we also handle B2B emergencies (crisis launch, incident, replacement event) in 3 to 5 days, subject to fleet availability. Our fleet has 8 structures dispatched across France, which gives us real flexibility. If your need is urgent, call us: we can often give a feasibility answer in under 4 hours.

It is our core business. We regularly install structures in city centres (station forecourt, town-hall esplanade, company courtyard) where the constraints are many: limited heavy-goods access, night-time delivery slots, anchoring impossible (concrete ballast required), proximity of buried networks, neighbours to consider. Our technical study maps these constraints and proposes a suitable solution. We also handle public-domain occupation requests with local authorities if you wish.

All our structures are calculated to withstand normal and adverse conditions (100 km/h wind NV65, 30 kg/m² snow load zone 1). We activate a weather protocol from D-3: consulting Météo France pro 4 times a day, monitoring orange and red warnings, preventive evacuation plan if necessary. If a major storm is forecast, we decide either to reinforce the structure (additional ballasting) or to take it down as a precaution. This management is included in our service, at no extra cost.

The average cost per m² ranges from 12 to 35 €/m² depending on the type (standard marquee = 12-18 €/m², premium orangery = 25-35 €/m²). For a capacity of 200 people, allow 6 000 to 14 000 € excl. VAT all services included (structure, transport, setup, takedown, safety file). Technical options (flooring = +15 to 25 €/m², heating = +1 500 to 4 000 €, stage lighting = +2 000 to 8 000 €) are costed separately to allow trade-offs.

We provide a professional public-liability certificate of 10 M€ and all-risks insurance on the erected structure (theft, fire, damage, weather). Your legal department can request a free named endorsement or additional cancellation insurance (costed separately). You remain the insurer of your event (organiser's public liability), but the whole of our service is covered. In the event of an incident, we mobilise a replacement structure within 24 h.

Nationwide coverage. We have depots in Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Marseille and Strasbourg, which lets us cover the whole of mainland France with a competitive logistics lead time. For Corsica and the overseas territories, we work on targeted projects (DOM-TOM with sea freight, Corsica by ferry). Logistics costs are calculated on actual mileage and included in the quote with no surprise surcharge.
