Booking and quotes

Response times, what a quote includes, making your decision.

After your enquiry, we carry out a feasibility study. Once the quote is approved and the deposit paid, your date is reserved. We then plan the setup together (usually 1 to 2 days before the event).

We are committed to getting back to you with a detailed proposal within 24 working hours.

Yes, our professional structures are designed to withstand strong winds and are 100% waterproof. They meet the strictest safety standards.

Yes, we can also supply flooring, lighting, heating and furniture to give you a turnkey solution.

No, insurance is not included in the hire. Under our hire terms & conditions, loss, theft and damage to the equipment during the hire period remain the Client's responsibility, and the Client must provide proof of public liability insurance covering the event and the hired equipment. Our structures do, however, undergo regular maintenance to guarantee their strength and safety at every event, and a security deposit may be requested depending on the value of the equipment.

Depending on the size of the structure and how long it is installed, a declaration to the town hall may be mandatory. We guide you through these steps and provide all the technical documents needed (plans, safety certificates, certificates of conformity).

Weddings and private receptions

Sizes, atmosphere, decoration and lead times specific to weddings.

We recommend booking 6 to 12 months ahead, especially for weddings between June and September. That said, do get in touch for last-minute enquiries — we will do our best, subject to availability.

The choice depends above all on the atmosphere you want: the nomadic (stretch) tent is perfect for a boho or country style, the white marquee brings classic, bright elegance, and the rigid-frame marquee is ideal for large receptions or challenging ground. We look at your venue and your vision to steer you towards the most suitable solution.

Absolutely! Our structures can take suspended lightweight decorations (festoon lights, floral arrangements). We can also offer integrated lighting solutions.

Allow 1.3 to 1.8 m² per person for a seated dinner (rectangular or round tables depending on width), and 1.5 to 2.2 m² per person if you plan an integrated dance floor. Don't forget to add a further 50 to 100 m² for the bar, the reception and the catering area.

Yes, all our wedding quotes always include setup and takedown by our professional teams to ensure your safety and the success of the event.

Our tents are designed to withstand rain, wind and changing conditions. Depending on the forecast, we can close the sides, reinforce the anchoring or add a heating system. Your comfort and that of your guests is our priority, even in unpredictable weather.

Corporate events

Public-venue compliance, branding, unusual locations and corporate logistics.

Yes, all our tents and marquees are CTS-approved (the French standard for Marquees, Tents and Structures) and meet the safety standards for receiving the public (M2 fire-reaction test report).

We can incorporate your signage or offer fit-out solutions tailored to your brand image. Contact us to discuss your project.

Yes, in that case we use concrete-block weighting systems to secure the structure without drilling the ground. This solution is ideal for industrial or commercial sites.

Stretch and nomadic tents

Capacity, look, anchoring and safety.

The nomadic stretch tent, also known as a Berber tent, is straightforward to hire: after your enquiry, we call you back within 24 h to assess your needs. We put together a coherent quote, followed by signing the contract. We finalise the last technical details before carrying out the work.

The floor area depends on your format. Rules of thumb: standing cocktail ≈ 1 m²/person, seated dinner 1.3 to 1.8 m²/person (depending on table width), dinner + dance floor 1.5 to 2.2 m²/person. Above 200 guests, add 15 to 20 % for service areas (cloakroom, bar, reception, catering). Use our table-plan simulator to refine your needs.

The cost varies depending on the ground, access, floor area and the options chosen. Many factors need to be taken into account to put together an accurate quote. Contact us for a tailored quote within 24 h.

Our fabrics are made from high-strength PVC or polyester, certified waterproof and UV-resistant. Rated M2 (low flammability), they provide effective protection against the weather and a polished finish whatever the season.

Depending on the size of the structure and how long it is installed, a prior declaration or an application to the town hall may be required. We guide you through these administrative steps and provide all the technical documents needed (plans, safety certificates, fire-reaction test reports).

Yes. Although staking is the cheapest and most common anchoring method, we can use weighting (1 to 2 tonnes per anchor point) if the ground cannot be drilled. This requires a prior technical assessment.

Yes, there are two options: lowering some sides of the tent to the ground (a cost-effective way to keep the wind out) or fitting transparent 'crystal' panels to fully enclose the space while keeping the light and the view.

It's an excellent idea for shelter from the wind or to create a more intimate atmosphere, provided you have planned for a large enough tent. Lowering a side reduces the usable floor area, so this needs to be factored into the capacity calculation.

In most cases, if your event is on a Saturday, we set up the nomadic tents on the Wednesday or Thursday. This gives you time for the decoration. Takedown usually takes place the following Monday or Tuesday.

Absolutely. Our structures comply with the French CTS regulations (Marquees, Tents and Structures) and the European standard EN 13782. They withstand winds of 100 km/h and 4 cm of snow. The fabrics are rated M2 (low flammability) and our safety records are kept up to date.

Setup and takedown are always included in our services. Transport charges apply depending on the distance and the volume of equipment. This is set out clearly in your quote, with no surprises.

Yes, we offer forced-air heating solutions for the cooler seasons and fans or air-conditioning units for the summer. This equipment is sized to suit the tent's floor area to keep your guests comfortable in all conditions.

05Section

Classic marquees

Differences with nomadic tents, flooring, permits.

The classic marquee offers a more rigid structure with perimeter poles, ideal for traditional layouts, seated meals and larger-capacity receptions. The nomadic (stretch) tent is more flexible and offers a modern, organic and very elegant design.

Flooring is strongly recommended for the comfort of your guests (especially for heels) and to make dancing easier. It also provides insulation from ground moisture.

Yes, we offer highly effective forced-air heating systems that maintain a pleasant temperature even in mid-season or in winter.

Marquees naturally dampen outside noise thanks to their thick fabrics and enclosed structure. For a music event or in an area sensitive to noise, acoustic partitions or curtains can be added to improve sound insulation even further.

Yes, above a certain floor area or installation period, a declaration to the town hall is mandatory. Depending on the location, additional permissions may be required (landowner, public-space manager, and so on). We help you put the application together and plan ahead for these steps.

Pop-up gazebos and folding tents

Weighting, self-hire vs all-inclusive, urgent needs.

We offer two options: the 'all-inclusive package', where we deliver and set up the structure at your venue (recommended for safety), or 'self-hire' (collection from the depot), where you are responsible for the setup and the weighting.

Yes, appropriate weighting is essential on any type of ground to keep the structure secure against changing weather. With self-hire, you are responsible for this weighting.

Our professional folding pop-up gazebos are very quick to set up. In the event of a sudden change in the weather, we can arrange an express same-day delivery, subject to availability.

07Section

Event toilet units

Equipment, self-contained units, connections and comfort.

Our units are designed for receptions: impeccable cleanliness (full disinfection before every hire), effective ventilation, and a water system that eliminates odours.

Each unit comes with toilets, washbasins with running water, mirrors, interior lighting, ventilation and consumables (paper, soap, hand towels).

Our units are self-contained for water (built-in clean-water and waste-water tanks). A simple power supply (standard 220 V socket) is needed for the lighting and the pumps. We confirm these technical details when preparing the quote.

08Section

Flooring and parquet

Uneven ground, levelling, paired with the structure.

Yes, our parquet is mounted on an adjustable metal frame allowing precise levelling to compensate for irregularities in the ground. A technical site survey is always carried out beforehand to assess the levelling required.

Our parquet installations are usually paired with the hire of one of our tents or marquees to ensure a coherent, technically sound overall service.
