The transparent orangery is almost always the right choice for a premium product launch. Its crystal-PVC roof and glazed or translucent walls create a natural conservatory effect that bathes the product in light ideal for press photography. It is also the most visually signature format (you can identify it from a single photo). The premium marquee remains relevant when you want more enclosure (a confidential launch), more capacity (>300 people) or more scenographic flexibility (blackout curtains, wall-mounted LED screens). Our project manager will guide you in 30 minutes according to your image objective.

For a major launch (300+ guests, press coverage, executives), the optimal lead time is 3 to 6 months. This allows you to set the scenography upstream, coordinate with your communications agency, book the journalists and finalise the product storytelling. With a tight lead time (4-6 weeks) we remain effective, but the scenographic ambition has to be adapted. For recurring launches (one product / one event), we offer repeatable setups with a modular scenography that can be set up in 2-3 weeks.

We systematically sign an NDA with your marketing / communications department. Internal scenographic briefings are kept to the senior team, with no internal circulation. The product itself is delivered by you on D-1 or D0 into a confidential lobby. Full rehearsals take place behind closed doors with access control. External photographers sign a press embargo. The post-event takedown lets you recover the product without leaving a trace. For the most sensitive launches (tech, automotive, luxury), we even adapt the setup schedule to limit leaks.

Several combinable setups: motorised blackout curtains (reveal by a progressive drop), retractable LED screens, a rotating podium for compact products, an inflatable white veil that vanishes (a "disappearance" effect), theatrical lighting synchronised with the sound and video scenario. For cars, we handle podiums of 5 to 8 m in diameter with programmed rotation. For tech or cosmetic products, we install lit display cases on individual podiums. Our scenographic stage manager synchronises everything (light, sound, video) with your general control desk.

We set up a dedicated press lobby: a journalist reception separate from the public, a clean cloakroom, a media kit handed out on arrival (USB stick, printed press pack, named badge), a Step & Repeat wall for arrivals, a partitioned interview area with regulated lighting, premium Wi-Fi and power for the cameras. For international launches, we also provide a simultaneous-translation area and an official photographer who delivers the high-resolution photos overnight. This press infrastructure makes the difference between a "well-organised" launch and a launch "covered in the press".

Yes, it is a specific skill. For openings, we provide: a dedicated reception for elected officials (mayor, prefect, councillors), a separate cloakroom, a protocol area for the speeches, a commemorative plaque integrated into the scenography (engraved or printed), a speech schedule respecting republican protocol, signage in French and in a regional language if needed, and an official photographer for the institutional photos. We work regularly with the offices of local authorities and know the conventions.

Yes, it is even common for openings of industrial sites or new buildings. The constraints: reinforced coordination with the site CSPS, the wearing of EPI during setup if the area is active, securing the event zone (fencing, signage, security guarding), risk management (falling objects, machinery movements). We work in close cooperation with your SPS coordinator and your project supervisor. The marquee itself is set up on a zone cleared for the event, usually the forecourt, the esplanade or a car park.

The marquee or orangery can accommodate: a Step & Repeat photobooth (a 3x2m wall with sponsor logos and signage), an automatic photo booth with instant printing, an official photographer throughout, a camera operator for 4K capture, a drone if the site allows (prefecture authorisation required in urban areas), a livestream on social media. For international launches, we also add an LED wall to display the photos on social media in real time. All of these elements are costed separately to let you decide.

For a premium product launch with 200 guests in the Paris region, the basic structure and scenography cost is 15,000 to 25,000 € excl. VAT: transparent orangery of 400 m², wood flooring, architectural lighting, scenographic furniture, press lobby, premium toilet units, safety file. On top of this come the services specific to the launch: premium caterer (60-100 € per guest), photographer (1,500-3,000 €), video capture (3,000-8,000 €), DJ/entertainment (1,500-4,000 €), product scenography (5,000-20,000 € depending on ambition). Average overall budget: 35,000 to 70,000 € excl. VAT for a successful launch.

Beyond our standard professional public liability of 10 M€, we offer on request: event cancellation insurance (covering the impossibility of holding the event for reasons of force majeure: bad weather, national mourning, external event), image insurance (covering the consequences of an incident on the brand image), and specific cover for the products on display (display cases, costly prototypes). We work with a partner event broker who offers bespoke policies. Your legal department can send us its specifications and we adapt the insurance arrangement accordingly.
