- Access: 3.5 m minimum lane. The vélum is delivered separately and tensioned after the bare structure is assembled.
- Setup time: 4 h to 1 day depending on size — a little longer than a standard marquee owing to the tensioning of the vélum.
- Limits: the usable height is reduced by 30 to 50 cm compared with the bare structure. Not suited to very vertical staging (prefer the cathedral glass marquee).
- Maintenance: the vélum stains more easily than PVC canvas — protection needed during the catering and florist setup.
