When to add them
As soon as the ground is not flat, the season is cool, the reception runs into the evening or the venue is not equipped: accessories tip the perception from a simple cover to a genuine reception venue.
Worth bearing in mind
Not every accessory can be sorted at the last minute: flooring, heating and toilet units are booked well ahead. Plan the technical visit to set out wind exposure, connections and level of finish.

A bare structure is only the beginning
Flooring, carpet, lighting and heating turn a technical volume into a reception venue: more comfortable for your guests, more photogenic for your providers, safer for your equipment.
Our role is to adapt these options to your ground and your season. A grassy surface in the rain does not call for the same solution as a paved terrace in high summer. The right choice of accessories is always made in advance, during the visit or the technical discussion — not in a rush on the morning of setup.
