Setup, installation and logistics

Flooring is very strongly recommended above 100 guests, and essential on uneven or damp ground. It makes movement safer (heels, elderly guests), evens out the finish and allows a clean dance floor to be installed.
The marquee is the versatile, comfortable format, ideal for 120 to 250 guests at a seated dinner. The orangery brings a bright, premium feel thanks to its transparent roof — perfect for vineyards and châteaux. The stretch tent suits weddings with a bohemian or contemporary style, on more measured capacities (60 to 150 guests).
Ideally 6 to 12 months ahead for weddings between May and September, especially for signature structures (orangery, crystal tent, bamboo marquee). For off-season weddings or more standard structures, 3 to 4 months ahead is still comfortable.
Yes, provided you plan a versatile enough format (a wide marquee or orangery) that allows the room to be reset between ceremony and dinner. Otherwise, the classic approach is to have a separate ceremony area (under a canopy, a Lycra sail or outdoors) and then move to the main tent for the dinner.
All our structures comply with NF EN 13782 (winds up to 100 km/h). If it rains, the crystal-clear walls close the tent while keeping the light. In a heatwave, we open up as much as possible (walls rolled up), provide misting fans and position the structure in the shade where possible. A weather plan B is confirmed 72h before the event.
Takedown is usually scheduled for the following Monday and takes 4 to 8 hours depending on the complexity. The ground is handed back clean and in its original state. We coordinate with the venue beforehand to avoid any scheduling clash.
