Event tent hire

In peak season (May to September, especially for weddings), we recommend booking 4 to 6 months ahead to have the full choice of the catalogue. In low season or for corporate events, 4 to 8 weeks is generally enough. For urgent projects, we assess availability case by case and send a detailed response within 24 h with a realistic execution plan.

Yes. Our services systematically include delivery, secure setup by a team of professional technicians, and takedown at the end of the event. The quote breaks down the three items separately for a clear reading. Each step is planned in advance with your venue and your providers (caterer, decorator, DJ).

As a rough guide, expect between 15 and 40 € excl. VAT per m² for the installed structure depending on the range. A private event of 80 to 120 people usually sits between 2,000 and 5,500 €, a corporate project of 150 to 250 people between 4,500 and 12,000 €, and a large festival-type event above 12,000 €. The final price depends on the type of structure, the duration, the options (flooring, lighting, heating) and the season.

For an event of 100 guests, the usual ranges are: 1,800 to 3,800 € for a standing cocktail reception (80-110 m²), 2,500 to 6,000 € for a seated meal under a marquee (120-150 m²), 3,500 to 8,000 € with a dance floor and bar (150-180 m²), and 4,000 to 10,000 € for a premium transparent tent. The price includes structure, transport, setup and takedown. The options (wooden flooring, lighting, heating, fabric lining) are quoted separately.

For a wedding of 100 guests, the floor area depends on the format: standing cocktail 80 to 110 m², seated meal 120 to 150 m², meal with dance floor and bar 150 to 180 m², premium configuration with a lounge 180 to 220 m². A marquee of 10×15 m or 10×18 m covers most standard configurations. We draw up a layout plan with tables, service flows, DJ, bar and technical areas before signing the quote.
