Open-air wedding in the south of France
Open-air wedding reception under the palm trees: long white banquet tables and chiavari chairs, festoon lighting, a wooden dance floor, a DJ stage with moving heads and a mirror ball — sound system and self-sufficient power supply included.

For this 4 July wedding in the south of France, the reception was held entirely in the open air, in a palm-tree garden. Long tables dressed in white, laid with chiavari chairs, woven placemats, glassware and linen napkins, hosted the guests from lunch until nightfall under a canopy of festoon lights.
For the evening, a wooden dance floor was built in the garden, framed by a full DJ stage: aluminium truss, speakers and subwoofers, moving heads and a mirror ball. The sound system also covered the ceremony and the speeches, with microphones and a dedicated mixing desk.
As the site had no utilities, power was supplied off-grid: generator, distribution board and secured cable runs to the control desk, the lighting and the catering station. The whole setup — furniture, tableware, dance floor, stage, sound, light and power — was delivered, installed and taken down by our teams around the weekend.
